Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and professional Beauty Therapist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in eyebrow threading, waxing, facials, and eyebrow tinting while providing exceptional customer service in a clean, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform eyebrow threading with precision and attention to detail.
- Carry out facial and body waxing treatments professionally and hygienically.
- Provide a range of facial treatments tailored to clients’ skin types and concerns.
- Perform eyebrow tinting according to salon standards and safety guidelines.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sterilisation of equipment and treatment areas.
- Ensure all treatments are carried out safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business through excellent customer care.
- Promote and recommend salon products and services where appropriate.
- Manage appointments efficiently and maintain accurate client records.
- Assist with general salon duties, including keeping the reception and treatment areas clean and tidy.
- Work as part of a team to provide an outstanding salon experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Beauty Therapist is preferred.
- Proficient in eyebrow threading, waxing, facials, and eyebrow tinting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work weekends
