The Role

No two days are ever the same, making this a varied and rewarding opportunity. You will:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
Maintain a positive learning environment and keep students on task
Adapt quickly to changing situations with confidence and professionalism
Work collaboratively with staff to support continuity of learning

What We’re Looking For

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, plus a Level 3 qualification
Strong classroom management skills and a calm, confident communication style
The ability to engage, motivate, and challenge students
Excellent organisational skills, adaptability, and resilience
Experience in de-escalation techniques and a commitment to professional development
Ideally, experience in a care, education, or pastoral role
Above all, reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
