we are looking for a part time cleaner to work 8.30am - 11am Monday to Friday. in the Catcliffe area of Rotherham

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Office Cleaner to maintain a clean and hygienic working environment within our premises. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and possess a keen eye for detail. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional setting by ensuring all areas are kept tidy, safe, and welcoming for staff and visitors alike. Previous janitorial experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning tasks across office spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and waste disposal
Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to high standards
Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when stock levels are low
Ensure all surfaces are disinfected regularly to promote a healthy environment
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning routines

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and prolonged standing
