Job Overview
This is a pivotal role within the business, responsible for managing every stage of the sales and lettings process—from the point a property is ready for market through to legal completion or tenant move-in.
Working closely with directors, estate agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, investors, contractors and internal teams, you will ensure every transaction progresses smoothly while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Property Sales
* Manage the complete sales progression process across DBG Group developments.
* Coordinate new property launches with appointed estate agents.
* Prepare sales packs, reservation forms and purchaser documentation.
* Liaise daily with estate agents, buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors.
* Monitor each sale from reservation through exchange and legal completion.
* Identify and resolve delays to keep transactions progressing.
* Coordinate completion dates and property handovers.
* Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates for the directors.
* Support marketing campaigns for new developments and available stock.
Lettings
* Coordinate the marketing and letting of completed apartments.
* Liaise with appointed letting agents to secure suitable tenants.
* Oversee referencing, tenancy agreements and move-in dates.
* Ensure apartments are fully prepared prior to occupation, including snagging, cleaning, certification and compliance.
* Coordinate key handovers and tenant onboarding.
* Assist in managing renewals and property availability where required.
Development Coordination
* Work closely with the construction team to monitor completion programmes.
* Ensure apartments are released to market as soon as they are ready.
* Assist with investor updates and development progress reporting.
* Support the directors with new development launches and sales strategies.
Administration
* Produce weekly reports covering:
* Sales pipeline
* Exchange and completion forecasts
* Lettings performance
* Available stock
* Reservation status
* Manage compliance documentation for completed properties.
* Coordinate EPCs, warranties, certificates and handover packs.
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Experience within residential property, sales progression, lettings or property development.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Confident using Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and proactively.
Desirable
* Experience working for a property developer.
* Understanding of the new-build sales process.
* Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.
* Experience liaising with estate agents, solicitors and investors.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
