Full job description

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance services. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing incoming enquiries
Raise and issue quotations ensuring deadlines are met.
Assisting Project Managers with tender documentation
Manage incoming work requests from initial contact through to successful completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
Take full ownership of work requests, coordinating tasks to ensure timely and efficient job completion.
Maintain accurate records using our management system.
Communicating with site staff and contractors.
Scheduling jobs on the CRM and signposting these to competent staff and contractors.
Chasing up jobs which have not been attended to and ensuring site staff provide regular updates and complete site reports.
Providing real time updates to clients through client portal, email and phone.
Booking accommodation
Monitoring health & safety updates from site
Assisting with certification and reporting
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements:

This is a key role in administering work nationally for our clients and is important that each job is managed through to completion.
Demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with clients and site staff at all levels.
Ability to prioritise tasks and think proactively about necessary actions.
Highly effective in administrative tasks.
Computer literate with experience in Windows packages (Excel/Word) & Outlook
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Background in construction and health & safety is essential.
Experience using a computerised maintenance management system.

Desirable Skills:

Assisted with or managed construction line

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
