Full job description

Puckator is creating a new Marketing Manager role to bring structure, coordination and commercial focus to our marketing function. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded Marketing Manager to shape how marketing operates across a fast-moving, design-led wholesale business supplying trend-led giftware, homeware, stationery, toys and licensed products to retailers across the UK, Europe and beyond.

As the operational centre of the marketing team, you will connect strategy with delivery, ensuring activity is prioritised effectively and aligned to our key business goals. Working closely with the Board, Fractional CMO, Sales, Buying, Creative and Digital teams, you will help turn plans into campaigns, communications and support that drive commercial impact.

This is a full-time, office-based role located at our bespoke office in Park Hill, Sheffield, S2 5QD.

The role

You will lead the planning and delivery of marketing activity across campaigns, product launches, content, digital and sales support. The role is focused on bringing clarity, improving cross-team alignment and ensuring marketing delivers consistently across all channels.

As this is a newly created position, you will have the opportunity to help define ways of working, strengthen planning processes and shape the role as the business continues to grow.

Key responsibilities

Provide leadership across the marketing function, ensuring activity is commercially focused and well prioritised.
Own the marketing calendar and align activity to product launches, category priorities, key accounts and seasonal trading periods.
Coordinate multi-channel campaigns and ensure they are delivered on time, on brand and in line with wider business objectives.
Work closely with Sales and Buying to ensure marketing supports key commercial opportunities.
Develop clear briefs and support the smooth flow of work across creative, digital and marketing teams.
Support sales activity with effective materials, trade show content and key account support.
Coordinate digital and CRM activity so online channels support the wider marketing strategy.
Review marketing performance and provide clear updates on progress, priorities and results.
Manage external agencies and suppliers where required.
Support planning and management of the marketing budget with the Board and Fractional CMO.
The role involves collaboration with teams across multiple international offices.
Attend trade shows in the UK and abroad as needed.

About you

Experience in a B2B marketing management role within a product-led, wholesale or FMCG-style business such as giftware, greetings, beauty, home, toys, stationery or similar.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to turn business priorities into effective marketing activity.
Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple channels and stakeholders.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence working across sales, buying, creative and external partners.
Good understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC and paid social, with a focus on coordination rather than day-to-day platform management.
Comfortable using data and performance insights to support planning and decision-making.
Confident stepping into a newly created role and helping to build structure and clarity.

Additional information

Salary DOE, £40,000-£45,000 PA. Please state expectations in your application.
22 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, rising with service.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00 or 9:00-17:00. You will be able to work more flexibly after probation with core hours.
