Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bar Staff member and be at the heart of creating memorable social experiences! In this lively role, you'll serve drinks, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the bar area runs smoothly and efficiently. Your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will help foster a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and eager to return. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair
Take orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining friendly interactions with guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and handle serving responsibilities responsibly
Manage cash transactions efficiently using basic math skills, including handling payments and giving change
Restock supplies as needed to keep the bar fully equipped for busy periods
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and create a lively atmosphere

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling beverages and ingredients
Strong serving skills with an emphasis on attentiveness and positive customer interactions
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders during busy hours seamlessly
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order processing
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and energy
