The Assistant Program Director will help steward the day-to-day heartbeat of the Recovery Center of HOPE by supporting the team, facilitating programming, strengthening consistency, and helping create the conditions for meaningful community connection, recovery, and belonging. This role requires someone who can balance leadership and collaboration while managing multiple moving priorities in a fast-paced, community-centered environment that often requires flexibility, responsiveness, and the ability to pivot with intention and grace.
At RCH, we believe recovery happens in community. We are seeking a grounded, highly motivated and organized person who is committed to peer recovery values, multiple pathways of recovery, collaborative teamwork, and creating spaces where people feel respected, welcomed, and empowered to grow.
