Job Overview

Join our passionate team as a Gymnastics Coach and inspire athletes to reach their full potential here at Gemini Gymnastics Club!

In this role, you will be required to coach gymnasts in a positive, supportive and enthusiastic environment during their weekly sessions. Our main goals are to encourage growth, install confidence in our gymnasts and provide a nurturing fun environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact to many through the sport of gymnastics.

Responsibilities

Follow provided session plans to deliver age and ability appropriate classes to gymnasts.
Teach proper techniques across all apparatus.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed to prevent injuries and promote a secure environment
Motivate athletes to achieve personal goals while fostering teamwork and sportsmanship
Maintain equipment and ensure the training area is clean, organized, and ready for each session

Experience

Sports coaching experience, preferably in gymnastics or similar disciplines.
Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and connect with diverse age groups
Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety standards, and progression methods
Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for helping others succeed in sports and physical activity

Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
