The team operates across the full derivatives landscape, with strategies spanning equities, commodities, and fixed income. Quant Trader’s here grow quickly. Early responsibilities span system monitoring and trade execution support, but the trajectory is clear: a comprehensive understanding of how the firm’s full range of volatility strategies are developed and continuously optimised. You will have:

1 to 3+ years of experience trading derivatives or building options trading systems
A degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar)
Strong Python skills and sharp mental arithmetic

Base compensation in New York runs from up to $250,000+, with a guaranteed first-year bonus and a highly competitive package thereafter.
