Machine Operator

Stability, growth and opportunity at Preci Spark.

Preci-Spark is looking to recruit a Machine Operator to join our existing team at our Loughborough Facility, within our busy production departments. The role will primarily involve setting and operating a broad range of machines.

What we offer for the position of Machine Operator

£13ph to £14.50ph
Monthly productivity bonus.
Training.
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
Rotating Shifts (37 hours): Mon to Weds 6.00am to 2.00pm – 2.00pm to 10.00pm, Thurs 6.00am to 1.00pm – 1.00pm to 8.00pm, Fri 6.00am to 12.00pm – 12.00pm to 06.00pm. 1 week on AM shift, then 1 week on PM shift, rotating.
Overtime availability.

Requirements for the position of the Machine Operator

Experience in Laser machining would be an advantage but not necessary, as training is provided.
Health, Safety and Environment compliance.
Capable of working as part of a team.
Attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and work to procedures
Able to work to the stated shift pattern (as above).
Willingness and ability to work at Coalville or Loughborough.
