We’re looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate people to join our team of Home Helpers in Weston-super-Mare. If you’ve worked in care, support work, or domestic care services, your skills are exactly what we’re looking for and we’d love to have a chat.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be helping clients stay comfortable, organised, and happy at home. Tasks include:
- General cleaning and keeping living spaces tidy and fresh
- Maintaining kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard of cleanliness
- Light household organisation and tidying
- Supporting with errands, shopping (online or in person), or meal prep
- Offering friendly companionship - sometimes it’s just a chat and a cup of tea that makes the difference.

What We’re Looking For:
- A caring nature and pride in your work
- Experience in care, cleaning, or home support (6+ months preferred)
- Reliable transport (you’ll visit multiple homes in Weston-super-Mare)
- Punctual, trustworthy, and proactive attitude
- Comfortable working independently and building rapport with clients

This role does not involve any personal care tasks such as administering medication, bathing, or medical support.
Our Home Helpers focus solely on household assistance, companionship, and helping clients maintain a clean, comfortable home environment.
