Nursery: Archway Nursery School, Hyde Farm, Salisbury Road, Pimperne, Blandford Forum, Dorset, DT11 8TX
Hours: Part time, Monday to Friday (Lunch Cover - 12.30pm - 3pm)
Salary: Up to £13.70 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

About our nursery:
Archway Nursery is set in a peaceful rural location yet just minutes from Blandford Forum, our nursery offers the best of both worlds — fresh countryside air with easy access to town. Where staff and children enjoy an exceptionally large outdoor space that includes a dedicated forest school garden, a spacious main garden, and an all-weather AstroTurf area for active play year-round. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, friendly atmosphere where staff feel genuinely valued and supported, making it a welcoming place to work.

About the role:
As a Nursery Practitioner you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:
Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments
About you:
A true love for child development and care
Able and willing to work in a team
Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
Knowledge of the EYFS framework
