Job Overview
3Dental is launching a portfolio of new brands and products — some direct-to-consumer, some business-to-business. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of this portfolio: launching new brands and product concepts, and managing and growing the ones already live, with a clear focus on increasing sales and revenue across the business. You'll work closely with the founders, moving between projects as priorities shift — sometimes building a new brand from scratch, sometimes optimising and scaling one that's already trading.
Contract & progression
This role begins as a six-month pilot study. We're testing this approach — and the team — before committing to scale. If the pilot performs, this converts to a full-time, permanent position, with salary reviewed at that point in light of results and scope
What you'll own Brand & Product Portfolio — you'll take charge of 3Dental's growing portfolio of new brands and products, launching new ones and managing existing ones (D2C and B2B) to grow sales and revenue.Day to day, that means owning:
Google Advertising — Search, Shopping and YouTube campaigns, budget management and ROAS optimisation.
Meta Advertising — Facebook and Instagram campaigns across acquisition and retargeting.
Content Creation — planning and directing content across social, web and email that builds trust in each brand. You'll work alongside a dedicated digital content creator, and can outsource parts of production where it makes sense.
SEO & AI Optimisation — organic search growth and visibility in AI-driven search/answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, etc.).
Photography & Video — briefing and directing visual content, including patient/customer stories, product shoots and social-first video. Production itself can be outsourced to freelancers or agencies — your role is creative direction and managing the relationship.
PR & Strategic Partnerships — press relationships, launch PR, and partnerships that extend reach (practices, influencers, complementary brands, distributors).
CRM & Email Automation — lifecycle marketing, nurture flows and retention campaigns across the customer journey.
Sales Collaboration — work closely with the sales team to develop and refine the sales process, and create the marketing (materials, campaigns, funnels) needed to support and increase sales.
(Note on resourcing: you won't be expected to do everything hands-on. Photography, video and some content production can be outsourced to freelancers or agencies, and you'll work alongside a digital content creator — your job is to direct, brief and manage that output so it lands consistently across every brand)
Requirements
- Proficient with software and computing — this is a core requirement. You should be comfortable working across marketing tech stacks, automation tools and data, and confident picking up new platforms quickly.
- A track record of launching new brands, products or concepts — not just running steady-state campaigns.
- Comfortable working across both D2C and B2B marketing; the mix, and the balance between them, will shift over time.
- Proven hands-on experience running paid social and paid search campaigns. Comfortable owning a broad remit — this is a generalist role for someone who can plan strategy and also get hands-on with execution.
- Experience with SEO and awareness of how AI search/answer engines are changing organic discovery.
- A good eye for content and visual brand-building, with experience directing a content creator and briefing/managing freelance photographers, videographers or agencies (rather than necessarily producing it all yourself).
- Confidence building press and partnership relationships from scratch. CRM/email platform experience (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot or similar) and comfort with lifecycle/automation flows.
- Comfortable working with a sales team, and translating sales process/pipeline needs into marketing activity.
- Startup or early-stage brand experience is a strong plus — comfortable with ambiguity, multiple concurrent projects, and a fast pace.
- A software/coding background (e.g. HTML/CSS, scripting, working with APIs, no-code/low-code tools) is a strong asset.
- Healthcare, dental or regulated-industry marketing experience is a plus but not essential.
