Working Foreman/woman – Join a Growing Team at Revive Property Services

Revive Property Services is expanding, and we’re looking for a hands-on Working Foreman to lead from the front. If you enjoy being out on site, supporting a team, and taking pride in delivering quality work, this could be the perfect next step for you.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading day-to-day site activity across reactive void refurbishments and disrepair works
Managing and motivating a small team of multi-skilled operatives and subcontractors
Planning labour and materials to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently
Carrying out quality checks, snagging, and ensuring a high standard of finish
Liaising with our office team and clients, often within social housing and occupied properties
Keeping site paperwork up to date (photos, job notes, H&S checks)

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Working Foreman, Supervisor, or Lead Operative
Strong multi-trade background
Professional and confident working in occupied homes
Well-organised, reliable, and able to think on your feet
Full UK driving licence
SSSTS/SMSTS (or willingness to work towards it)
