Ramside Hall Hotel are recruiting for an experienced Reservationis Co-ordinator to come and join our team.

As part of the Hotel Reservations team, our Reservationists plays a vital role in ensuring our guests receive the highest level of customer service, so they come back time and time again.
You will be the first point of contact for all hotel and spa guests, so providing a professional, friendly and helpful service is vital. You will be responsible for dealing with our customer queries and taking reservations from enquiry to confirmation stage via telephone and email, and bookings via our online booking system, for bedroom, spa and golf reservations.
We are looking for someone who is happy to work in a fast-paced environment, with at least 1 years’ experience of working in a similar role. You will enjoy working in an office environment and have good IT and data input skills. You will also have an excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to build rapport with people easily.
But most importantly, you will have a passion for customer service, and enjoy providing a memorable service.
The position is full time, however part time hours will be considered. Operating hours are between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm Monday to Sunday.
