Full job description

DLI Engineering is looking to recruit two experienced CNC Millers to join their Team of Precision Engineers in Trimdon, Co Durham who manufacture parts for the Oil, Gas & Aerospace Industries. We are investing in New Machinery.

As part of a successful team this role requires the candidate to have experience of:

Setting Mazak or Haas machines for one off components which uses Mazatrol or ISO programming
The ability to machine a variety of exotic materials including Inconel, Super Duplex, Titanium etc.
Experience machining medium to large components supplied to the Oil, Gas and Aerospace Industry Standards

It is essential that the applicant have experience of:

Using Fanuc or Mazatrol high precision controls
Setting CNC Milling Machines for precision parts with Fixtures
Machining to tight tolerances
Reading and interpret engineering drawings
Time served Engineer

As most of the work is bespoke and a high percentage one offs and small batch runs, this is an interesting and varied position working working on the Night Shift. This position requires a strong Team Player who will share knowledge and experience.

The Night Shift runs Monday to Thursday with an opportunity of overtime as required.
