· Acting as a reliable point of contact for ongoing support before, during and after trips.
· Maintaining accurate records of queries, support interactions and communications within internal systems.
Marketing & Campaign Support
· Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns aimed at schools and teachers.
· Assisting with the creation and preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations and digital content.

· Providing a professional and helpful first point of contact for teachers and schools.
· Building positive relationships with teachers and school staff.
· Ensuring communication with schools is clear, timely and supportive.
· Maintaining consistent service standards across all school interactions.

· Assisting with updating website content and programme information.
· Supporting the organisation and management of marketing assets such as images, videos and documents.
· Assisting with tracking and reporting on marketing activity where required.
Administration & Coordination
· Preparing and maintain supporting documentation for schools and trips.
· Supporting scheduling and information checks for residential programmes.
· Coordinating with the delivery team to ensure trip details are accurate and up to date.
· Maintaining organised customer support and marketing records, systems and files.
· Supporting the wider office team with reporting and administrative tasks where required.
· Assisting with preparing materials for school visits, events and outreach activities.
Working Pattern
· Office-based role (Hertfordshire).
· Standard office hours.
· Flexibility in working hours may be required during peak periods to support increased query and support volumes.
· Occasional visits to the centre site may take place to build familiarity with Rootd programmes and operations.
What we’re looking for
· A proactive, self-starter with a passion for sales & marketing and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
· Educated to degree level
· 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
· A proven interest in marketing and/or sales demonstrated by previous work experience and/or personal projects
Personal qualities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A strong commitment to finishing tasks to a high standard
