We are the UK’s first non alcoholic functional cocktail range. We replicate the true cocktail experience without alcohol, combining bold flavour with functional ingredients that enhance how you feel

Built through trade and proven in market, we have secured strong regional listings and is now entering its next phase of scale.

The Brief

This is a senior, field led sales role focused on accelerating growth across East Anglia and beyond.

You will lead sales across on trade, off trade, wholesale and distribution. Initially, you will operate as a team of one, owning the region end to end. As the business scales, you will be expected to build and manage a regional sales team beneath you.

This role requires an established network, commercial confidence, and the ability to move quickly from conversation to signed account.

Working Pattern

40 hour working week
Flexible working hours to align with trade customer availability
Majority field based across East Anglia
Expected attendance at the Norfolk headquarters on Monday mornings and Friday afternoons

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales across on trade, off trade and wholesale channels within East Anglia
Secure new listings with pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, retailers and distributors
Manage and grow customer relationships through regular in person visits
Leverage an established local network to accelerate regional growth
Support customers with training, launches and activations
Work closely with the founder on pricing, margins and route to market strategy
Maintain accurate reporting on pipeline, performance and performance tracking
Represent the brand professionally at tastings, trade events and industry meetings

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in drinks sales, FMCG or hospitality led commercial roles
Strong existing network within East Anglia
Demonstrable success across on trade, off trade or wholesale environments
Commercially astute with strong negotiation and closing skills
Comfortable in a predominantly field based role
Highly organised, self motivated and able to work autonomously
Based in or near Norfolk, with a strong understanding of the local market

Salary and Progression

Salary: £35,000 + uncapped 10% commission on all new listings. (OTE: £61,150+ 1st Year)

Progression: Head of Sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£61,500.00 per year
