Event Support Team specialises in managing a wide range of services for major sporting events, concerts, festivals, firework shows, and more. From start to finish, we handle all aspects of event planning and execution, including staffing and resource allocation. Our company is particularly skilled in providing off-site car parking and traffic management for our clients. We have a state-of-the-art automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system that allows us to efficiently book cars into our car parks using online tickets, eliminating the need for manual registration and reducing traffic congestion. Our team has extensive experience working with some of the world's biggest events, including the Rugby World Cup, Champions League Final, London 2012 Olympics, Premiership Football and Rugby, Championship Football, music festivals, and concerts.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and tech-confident ANPR Operatives to join our team at Roundhay Festival in Leeds for an exciting three-day event this summer. Taking place across Thursday 3rd, Friday 4th, and Saturday 5th July 2026, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of the season's standout outdoor festivals - set against the stunning backdrop of Roundhay Park.
You'll be at the heart of our parking operation, using our state-of-the-art ANPR technology to process vehicles quickly and efficiently — helping thousands of festival-goers get parked up and on their way to the main event without a hitch.
The Role
This is a hands-on, tech-focused role centred around operating our ANPR system to manage vehicle entry into designated car parking areas. You'll be responsible for:
- Operating our ANPR system to check in pre-booked vehicles quickly and accurately
- Monitoring vehicle entry points and flagging any ticketing discrepancies
- Communicating with parking marshals and the wider operations team to maintain smooth traffic flow
- Welcoming and greeting attendees, providing a friendly and helpful first point of contact
- Assisting guests with parking queries and general event information
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the event
- Supporting the wider event operations team as and when needed
Pay Rates:
- Ages 16–17: £8.91 per hour
- Ages 18–20: £10.85 per hour
- Ages 21+: £12.71 per hour

What We're Looking For
- A confident, calm, and approachable manner in a fast-paced event environment
- Comfortable using technology and handheld devices — a quick learner with systems
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- The ability to work outdoors across a busy three-day festival
- Reliability and commitment to all three event days where possible
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- A positive attitude and a passion for live events
- Previous experience with ANPR systems, ticketing technology, or a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided
