Job Title: Rotational Moulding Operator
Role Overview: As a Rotational Moulding Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process. You will be responsible for operating and overseeing rotational moulding machines, ensuring the production of top-notch products that meet our quality standards. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and dedication to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment will be key to your success in this role.
Working Hours:
· 48 hours over 4 days/ nights (Monday to Thursday)
· 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM / 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, day shift for training then once trained it would be permanent night shift
- Due to the nature of the hours, own transport is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate rotational moulding machines according to product specifications and production schedules.
· Load raw materials into moulds, secure moulds in the machines, and start the moulding process.
· Monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure consistent product quality and avoid defects.
· Perform regular inspections of moulds and equipment, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
· Trim, finish, and inspect moulded products to meet quality standards.
· Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets efficiently.
· Contribute to process improvement initiatives and offer suggestions to enhance productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a manufacturing enviornment is a plus but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
· Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
· Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
· Strong attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset.
· Basic understanding of health and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
· Good physical stamina to handle the demands of operating machinery and handling products.
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
