Location: Dyson, Malmesbury - SN16 0RP
Salary: £16.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary, Part-Time (Maternity Cover until June 2027)
Working pattern: Monday- Thursday: 6pm-10pm - Friday: 5pm-9pm (4-hour shifts)

Total: 20 hours per week

We are recruiting an experienced Evening Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Dyson’s Malmesbury site. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in commercial or industrial cleaning, who are confident leading teams and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Applicants must be based locally or within a commutable distance of Malmesbury, as on-site presence is required.

HW Facilities is an established Facilities Management Company that provides commercial cleaning and support services across the UK.

We work with some very well-known brands and have a large portfolio of clients. We provide daily cleaning services, industrial cleaning, window and building cleaning, washroom services, and much more.

Job Summary:

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will have the all-important duty of enhancing our clients’ spaces. You’ll be part of a friendly team working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.

You will manage and complete various cleaning tasks safely and effectively, promptly reporting any issues and safety hazards. Your safety is critical to us, so we will ensure you know our latest policies and provide the necessary training to perform your role.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Responsible to the Site Manager.

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be expected to:

Provide cleaning services within our clients’ sites, ensuring high-quality service provision and excellent customer satisfaction.
Complete cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying bins, cleaning washrooms, and other duties.
Ensure good working relationships with work and site employees.
Keep up-to-date with good working practices, products, and techniques to ensure and maintain knowledge.
Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
Comply with current Health and Safety Legislation.

To be successful in the Cleaning Supervisor role, the skills you will need:

At least one year of supervisory experience.
Self-motivation, flexibility, and enthusiasm.
Organisational skills.
Awareness of relevant Health and safety practices and procedures.
