Warehouse Operative

Company: Cleveland Cable Company

Location: Bristol Branch

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern: * Monday to Thursday: 11:00am – 8:00pm Friday: 11:00am – 6:00pm

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for handling our extensive range of cable products, ensuring accurate order fulfilment, and maintaining a safe, organised working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking, packing, and preparing cable orders for despatch.
Cutting cables to specific customer requirements (full training provided).
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely.
Receiving incoming stock and organising warehouse inventory.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Shift & Pay Benefits

We offer a stable 40-hour work week with a predictable schedule that gives you an earlier finish ahead of the weekend:

Standard Hourly Rate: £12.76 per hour
Shift Allowance Premium: Earn an extra £20 per shift for each Monday to Thursday shift worked (an additional £80 per week on top of your base pay).

What We Are Looking For

A reliable, punctual individual with a strong work ethic.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing.
The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Previous warehouse experience or a forklift licence (FLT) is an advantage, but not essential as full training is provided.

Pay: £12.76 per hour
