Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the station by managing station trackers, maintaining safety and compliance processes, and managing key administrative tasks. This includes carrying out station inspections, logging and tracking faults and accidents, supporting safety and security procedures, and ensuring assets and facilities are well maintained. The role also involves coordinating events, supporting retail and stakeholder compliance, and providing general office and team support to ensure the station operates efficiently and effectively.
- Undertake general office administration including the control of mail, co-ordinating of diaries, filling and maintenance of personal records and the arranging of travel.
- Organise meetings and the production and dissemination of documentation to support them.
- Adhere to financial and procurement procedures and act as local purchasing agent, where directed, by ordering stationary and other consumables as required.
- Collate customer information requirements and monitor that all station information and publicity material is in date and adheres to company guidelines.
- Assist in gathering information regarding accidents, incidents and claims and liaise with relevant parties.
- Arrange access for filming and assist with arranging exhibitions and promotions on the station.
- Record toilet turnstile revenue and report discrepancies in accordance with company policy.
- Order, control and issue Personal Protective Equipment and Rule Books for the station team.
Undertake administrative tasks as directed.
Salary: £28,625. This is a 12 month FTC /secondment opportunity. Late applications will not be accepted.
