About the Role:

We are a performance-driven digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses scale through data-led strategy, email marketing automation, and multi-channel growth systems.

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our digital growth strategy. This is not just an execution role—you will define how we acquire, engage, and convert customers across all digital channels. You will act as the strategic lead for performance marketing, bridging creativity, data, and technology to deliver measurable results.

You will be the driving force behind campaign performance, working closely with content, design, and analytics teams to turn insights into action and growth into results.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy Ownership:
Develop and lead end-to-end digital marketing strategies across email, paid media, SEO, and CRM channels to drive acquisition and retention.

Performance Marketing Management:
Plan, execute, and optimise high-performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email automation systems.

Email & CRM Leadership:
Oversee segmentation, automation workflows, A/B testing, and lifecycle marketing strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Data & Analytics:
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, extract insights, and continuously optimise for ROI, CAC, and conversion rates.

Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure campaign consistency and execution quality.

Mentorship & Guidance:
Support junior marketers, providing strategic direction, feedback, and best practices in digital marketing execution.

Budget Management:
Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation across channels to maximise performance.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
5–8+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment.

Platform Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms (HubSpot / Mailchimp / ActiveCampaign), and analytics tools.

Data-Driven Mindset:
You are confident working with performance metrics such as ROI, CAC, CPL, and conversion rates, and can translate data into actionable strategy.

Strategic Thinking:
You can move between high-level planning and hands-on execution without losing focus on outcomes.

Communication Skills:
You can clearly explain marketing strategy and performance insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mindset:
You are proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £58,338.57-£80,294.93 per year
