As part of our ongoing growth and relocation to a purpose-built building within Longbridge Technology Park, we are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our busy Logistics team.
Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, the successful candidate will work closely with our Production, Laboratory, and Customer Service teams to ensure the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of materials and products while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and compliance.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
Salary and Benefits
- £25,000 - £28,000 per year DOE

Working Hours
- 35 hours per week
- Monday – Thursday: 08:15 – 16:15
- Friday: 08:15 – 14:45
- This is a standard working week, although some flexibility may be required.
Location
- This is a full-time, site-based role at our Birmingham facility.
- We are currently located in the Jewellery Quarter, but the workplace will be relocating to Longbridge in the Summer 2026. You must be able to reliably commute to this location after the move.
- Please note the Jewellery Quarter office site is located within a clean air zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and unloading goods
- Checking goods inwards against purchase orders
- Picking and preparing stock for delivery and despatch
- Conducting pre-delivery inspections of products before despatch
- Maintaining Inventory and stock records
- Ensuring all warehouse areas are clean, tidy and safe at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Skills and Experience
- Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment. Minimum 3-5 years
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
- Capable of manual handling duties
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Professional, reliable and able to work on their own and as part of a team
- SAP or similar ERP
Education and Technical Skills
- 5 GCSES or equivalent from college or technical school: or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High standard of written and spoken English.
- IT literacy including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Full UK driving licence
- Due to the nature of our work, all employees are required to complete a DBS check and a checkable 5-year history
Desirable:
- IT Literate
- Forklift Licence
- ADR/IATA Dangerous Goods certification
