Lead User Researcher

Fixed Term Contract or Secondment until March 2027

Grade 6 - £54,495- £64,811

Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Equal Pay Programme

Working 36.5 hours per week

We’re redesigning services, consolidating support functions, improving customer experience, driving channel shift, improving customer contact through several access channels and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
