Vehicle Prepper/Painter – Yardley

Are you passionate about vehicles with a sharp eye for detail?
We’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Prepper/Painter to join our busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where quality craftsmanship is valued, supported, and recognised.

The Role

Preparing vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and panel preparation
High quality paint application and finishing
Accurate colour matching
Carrying out small to medium filler repairs to a high standard
Completing minor dent and surface repairs to a high standard
Keeping prep bays and tools clean, organised, and compliant
Consistently meeting quality standards and turnaround deadlines

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 7-10 years experience as a Vehicle Prepper/Painter in an automative bodyshop
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in high-quality paintwork
A methodical, proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A full UK driving licence
