What makes us different is that we genuinely design, engineer and build under one roof, bringing together Architecture & Interiors, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical, Bespoke Joinery and Construction.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager to become a key part of our pre-construction team.

This isn't a role where you'll simply price tenders and move onto the next one.

You'll help shape how projects are won, challenge designs, work closely with our directors and play a key role in deciding which opportunities the business pursues..

The role

You'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality electrical installations across bespoke residential projects, working as part of a professional site team.

Lead estimating activities across high-end residential and commercial projects.
Review drawings, specifications and employer's requirements.
Produce accurate cost plans, tenders and budgets.
Work closely with our Architecture, Civil & Structural, M&E, Construction and Joinery teams.
Challenge designs to improve buildability and deliver value.
Meet with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
Support negotiations and pre-contract meetings.
Identify commercial risks before projects commence.
Help continually improve our estimating systems and processes.

What we need

Significant estimating experience within the construction industry.
Experience across multiple disciplines would be advantageous, including construction, M&E, civils or fit-out.
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Comfortable communicating with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Someone who enjoys solving problems, not just pricing them.
A proactive individual who takes ownership and enjoys responsibility.
A full UK driving licence
