Job Overview

AM Solutions is seeking reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Parcel Delivery Drivers to join our growing team across the UK. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of parcels while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Collect, load, and deliver parcels safely and efficiently.
Ensure all parcels are scanned and delivered accurately using company devices or delivery applications.
Handle parcels with care to prevent damage during transportation.
Maintain excellent customer service during collections and deliveries.
Follow all road traffic laws, company policies, and health and safety procedures.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams regarding delivery updates or issues.

Requirements

Valid UK driving licence with the appropriate entitlement to drive.
Right to work in the United Kingdom.
Previous delivery driving or courier experience is preferred but not essential.
Good knowledge of UK road regulations and safe driving practices.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage daily delivery schedules.
Physically fit and able to lift and move parcels safely.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
