Role Description

The Junior Administrator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Liverpool. The role involves providing administrative support to financial planners and directors, including preparing client documentation, maintaining accurate records, and updating internal systems. The Junior Administrator will handle incoming calls and emails, schedule appointments, and assist in organizing client meetings and follow-up actions. Daily responsibilities include data entry, filing, scanning, and ensuring that client information is kept up to date and compliant with internal procedures. The role also supports general office operations, such as managing correspondence and coordinating with external providers when required.

Qualifications

Strong general administrative skills, including data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.

Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office suite), email systems, and basic database or CRM tools.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and client-focused manner.

Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial and client information.

Ability to work collaboratively within a small team and follow established processes and compliance guidelines.

Prior experience in an office, financial services, or customer service environment is beneficial but not essential.

Willingness to learn about financial planning, products, and industry regulations; relevant qualifications or progress toward them (e.g., administrative or financial services certifications) are an advantage.

Pay: £25,420.00-£27,000.00 per year
