Marketing Executive (Graduate Opportunity)

Location: Telford

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Are you a creative, driven graduate looking to advance and develop your career in marketing, working with a forward thinking business that changes lives for the better.

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team. Someone who’s full of ideas, digitally savvy, and excited to make a real impact from day one.

This isn’t just a support role, you’ll be hands-on across campaigns, content, events, and branding, gaining valuable experience across multiple marketing channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through a variety of exciting projects:
Designing eye-catching marketing material, both digital and print
Creating and managing email campaigns, e-shots, and mailshots
Supporting and leading advertising and recruitment campaigns
Assisting with video content creation for clients and campaigns
Managing LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram content and social media calendar
Creating visuals using Canva, CapCut & heyzine
Organising digital content including photos, videos and asset libraries
Supporting events and exhibitions (including planning and budgeting)
Updating and managing CRM systems (Monday.com)
Supporting business development activities and diary management
Contributing to recruitment marketing campaigns

What We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for years of experience, but that would be great too!
A degree in Marketing or a similar qualification
A creative mindset with a passion for content and design
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence using tools like Canva, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
