This role is pivotal within our structure, ensuring the seamless delivery of Care and Support Plans to our residents.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver care and personal assistance to residents, enhancing their comfort and quality of life.
- Offer support and assistance to residents .
- Prepare and serve meals; perform personal care activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and communal areas; manage laundry.
