About you

Proven experience managing complex, high-value contracts and procurement activity across multiple categories
Comfortable leading senior negotiations and holding suppliers to account
Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and commercial risk management
A natural people leader who enjoys developing others and working cross-functionally
Commercially minded, organised, and motivated by delivering real value and tangible savings
Available to travel around 2 days per month (Telford, Shropshire is our headoffice location)
