Overview

Join our dynamic security team and play a vital role in safeguarding our facilities, assets, and personnel. As a Security professional, you will be the first line of defense, ensuring a safe and secure environment through vigilant surveillance, proactive loss prevention strategies, and prompt response to incidents. Your energetic approach and keen eye for detail will help maintain a secure atmosphere that supports our operational excellence and peace of mind for everyone on site.

Duties

Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee all activity across the premises, identifying any suspicious behavior or security breaches.
Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access, ensuring all areas are secure.
Implement loss prevention measures by observing and intervening in potential theft or misconduct situations.
Respond swiftly to security incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid when necessary and coordinating with emergency responders.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and surveillance footage to ensure accurate record-keeping for security audits.
Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
Educate staff on security protocols and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Qualifications

Proven experience in security operations or related fields such as surveillance or loss prevention is preferred.
Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance technology to effectively monitor premises.
Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations, including providing basic first aid when needed.
Excellent observational skills with a keen eye for detail to identify potential security risks promptly.
Good communication skills to interact professionally with team members, visitors, and emergency responders.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods during shifts.
Relevant certifications in security procedures or first aid are advantageous but not mandatory.
