Information Solutions Limited is a well-established Managed IT Service Provider based in Shrewsbury, supporting organisations across the UK. We’re known for our friendly approach, reliable service, and genuinely caring about both our clients and our team. We believe IT support doesn’t have to be stressful - for our customers or for the people delivering it.

The Role

We’re looking for an IT Engineer with at least 2 years’ experience who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and working as part of a supportive team. You’ll be providing a mix of remote and on-site support, working with a wide range of clients and technologies.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their skills in a business where you’re not just a number - you’ll be trusted, supported, and given room to develop.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, and remote tools
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and calmly
Managing and supporting Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
Administering users, devices, and security via Entra ID (Azure AD) / Active Directory
Setting up and maintaining Windows desktops, laptops, and servers
Supporting Microsoft Office applications
Assisting with system upgrades, migrations, and IT projects
Keeping documentation clear and up to date

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years’ experience in IT support (MSP experience is a bonus, not essential)
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
Good understanding of Windows 10/11 and general hardware troubleshooting
Familiarity with networking basics and remote support tools
Strong communication skills and a natural customer-first mindset
Full UK driving licence
