If you are experienced in Domiciliary Care and you are looking for a new and exciting role, Cariad Care North Wales have a fantastic opportunity for you.

We’re looking for a Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our care service, working closely with two passionate business owners to drive performance, growth, and excellence.

We are looking for someone who reports directly to the 2 business owners and will be responsible for the day to day running of the branch, including appraisals, disciplinaries, branch growth, direction and prestige.

We are looking for someone with experience in Domiciliary Care

The role is office based Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with local travel to clients and networking events when needed

Salary to be discussed at interview depending on experience

Key responsibility's

Oversee daily branch operations, including staff appraisals, disciplinaries, and service delivery
Implement and deliver the company’s strategic growth plan
Foster a service-driven, growth-focused culture across the team
Set and review performance objectives to meet business targets
Manage budgets and ensure financial goals are met
Coordinate operations to maximize productivity
Analyse key reports to monitor and improve business performance

Working Hours & Travel

The role is office based, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with local travel to clients and networking events as and when required.

Experience Required:

NVQ 5 Leadership and Management of health and social care- Essential
Experience in Homecare/Domiciliary care- Essential
Driver with access to own vehicle - Essential
