Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead our dynamic team at The Loopy Shrew in <LOCATION>. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality to support our mission of providing memorable experiences.
Responsibilities

Manage daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, motivate, and develop the bar team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in accordance with food safety regulations.
Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage offerings.
Implement staff training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Monitor customer feedback and address any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing a busy bar or hospitality venue.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with inventory control and cost management.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.
