Job Introduction

An exciting opportunity for the above to join a multi-disciplinary property development, design and project management consultancy team working on a wide range of exciting building projects in commercial domestic, educational and leisure settings.
Situated within Shropshire, Telford offers the best of both worlds. Close to the West Midlands with excellent transport links yet on the edge of the Marches with the Shropshire hills, Shrewsbury and Wales within easy reach.

We are looking for the ideal candidate to provide professional quantity surveying services within our commercial, domestic, educational and leisure projects.
As a quantity surveyor the successful candidate will carry out, feasibility studies for clients, contract administration including the preparation of contracts (JCT/NEC4), monthly valuations, final account preparation and change control where required.
There is also opportunities to project manage schemes where appropriate.
