The Role
This isn’t a traditional chef role—but a strong kitchen background is essential.
You’ll be preparing and assembling bagels in an open kitchen, where customers can see you, talk to you, and sit at the counter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and assembling bagels
- Supporting prep, baking, and kitchen organisation
- Contributing to menu ideas
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Interacting with customers during service
What Matters to Us
- Kitchen experience (chef background preferred)
- Food hygiene certification
- High standards of cleanliness and presentation (non-negotiable)
- Confidence in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and people skills
