Full job description

We're hiring! Seasonal gardener and full time gardener position available starting now - mid October 2026:

We are the Edinburgh branch of Scotica Gardening, a public and residential grounds maintenance company. Scotica Gardening was started by Angus and Calum in 2022, it now provides high quality garden maintenance and restoration for a large number of clients across Edinburgh. We are a young, vibrant and fast growing gardening company.

What we're looking for:

We are looking for a hard working person who enjoys outdoor work in all weathers. They must be conversationally confident, fit and a quick learner
Experience preferred but not essential
There will be a 3 week paid trial period before the seasonal workers contract is signed to ensure the employee is a ‘good fit’ with the company.
Full drivers license

What the role requires:

Being the face of the company you will be required to have good conversational and social skills to allow for high quality customer service. Our service allows for the time to build a relationship with each client.
To turn up on time and perform your work to a high standard
Maintain and restore both public and residential land
40 - 45 hour weeks.
