About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Purchasing Assistant to join our team. This is a key role at the heart of the business, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll be responsible for making sure the right products are ordered at the right time, at the right price, while working closely with suppliers, sales, admin, and warehouse teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Raising and managing purchase orders from start to finish
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and negotiating the best value
- Keeping a close eye on stock levels and avoiding shortages
- Coordinating deliveries to keep the warehouse running smoothly
- Handling invoices and resolving any discrepancies
- Keeping teams updated so everyone stays on track
What We’re Looking For
Junior-level candidate is acceptable, what matters most is the right attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work. You’ll need to be comfortable using computers, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (desktop version). Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage (or similar programmes) would be preferred.
