Associate Dentist (Self-Employed)

At Treetops Dental Surgery, we pride ourselves on creating a friendly and welcoming environment where every team member feels valued. We are a well-established 9-surgery practice in Wolverhampton, predominantly Private and Denplan with a small NHS contract. Our practice is currently undergoing an exciting transform to a 13 surgery practice, modernising and expanding our facilities, including the addition of a staff fitness room to support team wellbeing. The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Dentist to join our modern mixed NHS and Private practice in the sought-after village of Codsall, Wolverhampton.
This role offers the opportunity to take over a well-maintained and stable NHS list, while also providing excellent scope to develop private dentistry alongside NHS work, depending on your interests and clinical goals.
UDA Rate: £13–£14 per UDA (dependent on experience)
About the Practice
You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive, and experienced team delivering high-quality dentistry across a broad range of services, including:
- General Dentistry
- Dental Implants
- Orthodontics
- Periodontics
- Endodontics
- Facial Aesthetics
- Sedation
Our associates work closely with a team of experienced hygienists using a joint appointment system, helping to deliver outstanding patient care and strong clinical support.
We also have a full-time Treatment Coordinator dedicated to enhancing the patient journey, increasing case acceptance, and supporting efficient diary management.
Facilities & Technology
The practice is fully modernised and equipped with advanced digital technology, including:
- CBCT Scanner
- iTero Scanner
- Operating Microscope
- Digital Radiography
- In-House Prosthetics Laboratory
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar UK dental practice
- Active GDC registration and appropriate indemnity insurance
- Current NHS Performer Number
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and regular CPD
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
