Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated, creative, and confident junior marketing intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content creation and wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

This is not just a behind-the-scenes role — you will also be the face of our organisation on social media, appearing in videos, reels, and promotional content. We are looking for someone who is confident on camera, comfortable speaking in front of an audience, and able to represent the company professionally and naturally.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in SEO and content marketing, enjoy creating videos, and stay updated with the latest social media trends.

Our office is located at Docklands Business Centre, Suite 12/3D, 10-16 Tiller Road, Docklands, London E14 8PX.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with SEO activities including keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization
Write and optimize website content such as service pages, blog posts, and informational articles related to accounting, taxation, and business advisory
Support content strategy to improve online visibility, credibility, and organic search rankings
Create educational and informative social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Appear in company videos, reels, and educational content as the face of the firm
Confidently present accounting-related tips, business insights, and informational content on camera in a simple and engaging way
Assist in planning, shooting, and editing short-form video content for social media
Stay updated with social media trends and suggest creative content ideas relevant to business, finance, and accounting topics
Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms
Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas that build trust and authority for the firm
Monitor basic performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights

Requirements:

No prior experience required—just a strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn.
Strong interest in SEO, content creation, social media, and digital marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera
Clear, professional, and engaging presentation style
Ability to represent a professional accounting firm on social media
Basic understanding of SEO principles (keywords, content optimization, search intent)
Ability to write clear, informative, and professional website content
Awareness of current social media trends and short-form video formats
Basic video shooting skills using a smartphone or camera (lighting, framing, audio basics)
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Ability to simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand content
