Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Sales and Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding client relationships and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and developing tailored sales strategies to meet organisational objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and analyse sales data for informed decision-making.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives.
Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and contracts customised to client needs.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining organisational standards.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales management within a B2B environment.
Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that align with organisational goals.
Knowledge of industry-specific markets is advantageous but not essential.
