Job Description

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our high-performing team as we capitalize on an unprecedented growth in the exhibition, conference, and events sector.

Due to significant investment and increased demand, we're looking for a talented hands on Production all rounder with printing and Finishing experience to contribute to our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong all round production skills (this is NOT an administration or design role), with a passion for problem-solving and delivering results. As a key Production person, you will work hands on with the Production team to contribute to the overall success of the dept and company. If you are proactive, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a flair for Large and Wide format graphic print and production plus installation experience we would love to hear from you !

Responsibilities

· Hands on Print and Finishing skills (a must) in Wide Format

· Ability to work to tight deadlines

· Solutions led; understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements

· Define tasks and required resources within the department

· Plan projects, working with production teams to timescales, venue and installations

· Resolve any issues or concerns clients may have in a timely and professional manner

Skills Required

· Vast knowledge of Large and Wide format graphics

· Experience with the following equipment;

· Latex Hybrid Printer – HPR530

· Canon Pro 4000

· Mimaki JV 320 (3.2 Metres wide)

· Epson Surecolor S80600 / T7200

· Konsberg cutter

· Understand different types of display media and finishing options

· Installation of graphics and stand experience

· Excellent logistical and interpersonal skills

· Ability to plan workloads and projects
