This Role

We’re looking for a PR & Communications Manager to join our team to drive impactful PR and raise the profile of our brand and founder.
This is a newly created role to support the ongoing fast-growth of the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Develop and execute a PR strategy for both the business and founder
· Build and manage strong relationships with journalists, media outlets and industry contacts to secure high quality coverage
· Identify and secure press, podcasts, TV and speaking opportunities for the business and founder
· Draft press releases, articles and commentary
· Lead on award entries
· Manage all inbound media enquiries and act as the key point of contact for external communications
· Monitor and analyse media coverage, reporting on performance and identifying opportunities to improve
· Work closely with the marketing and social teams to align messaging and maximise PR impact across all channels
· Proactively spot opportunities to keep the brand relevant and visible
· Support with crisis communications (if necessary) and protect the reputation of the business
You’ll excel in this role if you have the following skills & experience:
· Proven experience in a PR/communications role, with a track record of delivering impactful coverage
· Strong relationship with journalists and key industry contacts
· Exceptional written and verbal communication
· Confidence in pitching ideas and building relationships
· Highly proactive and self motivated
· Strong organisational and project management skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment
