Full job description

We are looking for experienced IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 Rope Access Technicians to join our Vertical Division. If you are safety-focused, reliable, and take pride in delivering exceptional work at height, we'd love to hear from you.

Working across London and occasionally further afield, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality rope access services while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out rope access work safely and efficiently in accordance with IRATA guidelines.
Complete scheduled work as directed by the Rope Access Supervisor or Management team.
Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and safe working practices.
Inspect and maintain rope access equipment, reporting any defects immediately.
Ensure all work complies with company procedures, client requirements, and statutory regulations, including COSHH and Health & Safety legislation.
Provide a professional, courteous, and customer-focused service at all times.
Report accidents, incidents, hazards, customer feedback, or equipment issues promptly.
Support colleagues and supervise team members where appropriate (depending on IRATA level).
Attend company meetings and training sessions as required.
Assist with cover during periods of annual leave or sickness.
Carry out any other reasonable duties required to support the business.

What We're Looking For:

Essential

IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 qualification.
Experience working at height.
Experience working on high-rise buildings.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible attitude towards working hours and travel.
Positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.

Desirable

IOSH qualification.
First Aid certification.
Additional rope access or working at height qualifications.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
