We’re Hiring – Part-Time Operations & Admin Assistant (20 Hours Per Week)

East Coast Customs – Edinburgh

East Coast Customs is a fast-growing vehicle wrapping and customisation company based in Edinburgh, and we’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & Admin Assistant to join the team.

This is a key support role within the business, helping keep operations running smoothly while supporting customer communication, scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day admin.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, stays organised under pressure, and enjoys helping keep things moving behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Responding to customer enquiries and messages
Assisting with appointment booking and scheduling
Helping manage customer communication and updates
Supporting with customer service and issue resolution
Assisting with installer coordination
Helping organise operational/admin tasks
Chasing outstanding invoices or information when required
Supplier communication and material coordination
General day-to-day admin support

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills
Organised and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
Comfortable working in a reactive, fast-moving environment
Professional and friendly with customers
Self-motivated and proactive
Good common sense and problem-solving ability
Previous admin/customer service experience is a bonus
Previous experience at a signage company or vehicle graphics company would be a massive plus
