Reception & Brasserie Assistant (Full-Time)

Westwoods Health Club is an independent, award-winning health club located in central Edinburgh. We are currently recruiting for a full-time Reception & Brasserie Assistant to join our friendly and professional team.

This is a 37-hour per week position, worked over five days on a three-week rolling rota, covering a variety of shifts. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career within the health and fitness industry, with excellent opportunities for progression.

As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be friendly, professional, highly organised, and confident in assisting members with a wide range of enquiries. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach are essential.

The role also involves supporting the Sales Manager with membership enquiries, so previous customer service or sales experience would be advantageous. Candidates must be fluent in English, confident using IT systems, and enthusiastic about working as part of a busy, customer-focused team.
